Present day Bangkok, Thailand. Young Interpol agent Piper Gilbey is working under-cover to infiltrate a crime syndicate operating on the Dark-Web. As she is struggling to secure evidence the boss of the syndicate falls in love with her. Or rather her under-cover identity "Candy" a web-cam performer. Things get even more complicated when a young hacker, Alex, becomes obsessed and starts stalking her.
