Synopsis

Just a few weeks before elections the outgoing President of the Republic, Jean François Vanier (Patrick Braoudé) is at the lowest in the polls. Leader of the most powerful right wing party he is trying to find a mainstay. He decides to win over to his cause Mr.Robert Bergman (Pierre Santini), a left wing politician and an iconic figure of French politics, who has embraced retirement in a small village in Gers, a region in the southwest of France.
