A live-action movie based on the popular animation series "Blood C" by Production I.G and CLAMP. In Japan before the World War II, a captain of the Special Political Police ("SPP", the equivalent of SS in Nazi Germany) was murdered in a small village. SPP conducted brutal investigation, which raised tension between the SPP and villagers. The conflict led to the murderous and violent fight, with the appearance of a mysterious girl.
