In 1990, millions from the GDR (German Democratic Republic) are stored in an underground vault. A group of clever East Germans seizes the opportunity during the chaotic times, retrieving as much money as they can carry. With wit and skill, they demonstrate that even the mightiest opponent can be outsmarted. However, things take a turn when money circulates that officially never existed in the GDR.
