Eva is not satisfied with her life. In an act of faith, she decides to stay in Madrid over the summer, when all the other locals leave. Through events and encounters that take place during the August festivities and night-time fiestas, Eva will discover that life still has opportunities for her.

Eva, adrift and confused, is about to turn 33 and her decision to spend the August holiday in Madrid rather than in a sea resort will result in a journey of self-reflection.
