Yoo-jun, a corrupt journalist heads to “Osu-ri”, so called crime-free town, to confront his affair’s husband, Hyun-tae. Upon arriving in the village, his car is broken, and he is bound in the village. He asks the villagers Hyun-tae’s whereabouts, but people keep suspiciously silent. That night, he sneaks the villager and finds out the villagers constantly rape Eun-hee who suffers from night blindness. Yoo-jun instinctively notices this crime has something to do with Hyun-tae’s missing. Meanwhile his car is repaired, and Yoo-jun falls into the biggest dilemma; to stay indifferent and leave, or to save Eun-hee from this vicious village.
