Prosecutor Yang Min-hyeok (Cho Jin-woong) is falsely accused of harassing a woman he was investigating. She commits suicide and leaves a note that tells the story. As he digs into her suicide case to clear his name, he finds out that she was a key witness in a financial scandal involving government figures who intend to profit from the sale of a bank. During investigation, Yang encounters and seeks help from Kim Na-Ri (Lee Ha-Nee), an attorney working for the bank. Will Yang and Kim, with different backgrounds and standpoints, work together to reveal the financial scandal and clear Yang’s name?
