Disaster unfolds in a small town when the air becomes toxic after a meteor strike. Plants, animals, and then humans start to die. Only Lauren, an exobiologist, called in to find answers for this unearthly event can solve the crisis. What was speculated to be a meteorite is in fact an experimental seed sent to Earth in order to grow a habitable environment to colonize.
