A Chinese secret agent Da-hee (Lee) is sent to investigate reports of illegal firearms being smuggled into Korea. Da-hee is set to rendezvous covertly with a Korean special agent but she mistakenly takes the quirky private investigator Su-han (Kim) to be her Korean counterpart after he becomes all too willing to help her out. The two begin to work undercover but encounter unexpected escalations in danger with each attempt to infiltrate the criminal world. Leaving behind a wake of destruction everywhere they go, the duo soon attracts the attention of the police.
