Once a notorious streetwise hoodlum, Mr Six (Feng Xiaogang) is now living a quiet, lonely existence in the back alleyways of Beijing’s hutong neighborhoods. The good old days are far behind him, and his estranged son, who never understood his father’s former Robin Hood-like glory, refuses to come back home. When Bobby is suddenly abducted by a gang of rich kids after he runs afoul of them, Mr Six discovers that their leader, Kris (Kris Wu) is the son of a powerful government official. Mr Six decides to teach these young, disrespectful thugs a lesson, and summons his old gang. Time may have softened their edge, but the fire still rages in their hearts!
