Lu Zhunxi (Yao) is a student studying in the U.S. To fund her education, she sells fake handbags but after being caught by the police she’s deported.Back in China she finds a job as assistant to Meng Xiaojun (Kwok), a university professor who assisted her during her brush with U.S law. Meng offers to enroll Lu on his MBA course where she meets fellow students Gu Qiaoyin (Tang) and Wen Qing (Hao). Hitting it off, the three women decide to launch Meimeiwang, an online fashion retailer. Meimeiwang begins to flourish but there are storm clouds on the horizon. Competition puts pressure on the business and along with personal relationship issues, the women face the biggest challenge of their lives.
