Woong-cheol (Lee), a convict serving time for violence, learns about the murder of his old friend and gang boss but questions the suspicious circumstances around the death. Meanwhile, an inmate is snatched from a prisoner transport van in an ambush. Cold-blooded detective Goo-tak (Kim Sang-joong) from the Special Crimes Unit suspects the murder’s connection to a brutal war between rival gangs. He secretly recruits a team of inmates to crack the case. With the addition of Yoo-sung (Kim A-joong), a hot-blooded cop convicted for manslaughter, and a handsome con artist No-soon (Jang), the team is complete and the bad guys are set loose to bring down even badder guys.
