Naoko (Nagano) has successfully landed a job in a gorgeous garden-like office. However, below this deceptively idyllic surface, a hellish war unfolds between rival factions. When the firm hires the highly charismatic Ran (Hirose) who plans to fast-track her way up the corporate ladder, office ladies across the nation set out to emulate her. With everyone clawing their way to reach the top, Naoko prefers the quiet life and has no desire to join them. But, in such an environment, will she be able to?
