Fading actress Yeo-rae (Lee Ha-nee) meets and marries Jonathan (Lee Sun-kyun), who appears to be the most perfect man one could ever ask for. But the marriage is soon on the rocks due to Jonathan’s toxic and controlling behaviour which derails any chance of Yeo-rae’s comeback. Then, Yeo-rae bumps into one of her last remaining fans, Bum-woo (Gong), who just happens to be her neighbour. Ignited by the encounter, Yeo-rae schemes a plan with him to retrieve her freedom and fame.
