Unwilling to return to Cuba after failing his audition, Ernesto stays in Mexico and meets Belén, a street actress who tells stories to earn a living. Ernesto has unknowingly stumbled upon the solution to survive, at least momentarily. Ernesto will discover the underground world and its dark secrets.
