With the Netherlands under threat of destruction, the couturier Francois is its only defender. The terrorist he guards us against is his own evil twin brother, and the clumsy Francois must become a stealthy spy in order to stop his plans - and to save his mother who has been cruelly kidnapped by the sadistic sibling. The question is, will Francois actually cause more damage than his brother?
