Every summer, the Billionaire Tranchant and his wife Elaine host the glamorous celebrity world in their luxurious mansion in the south of France. When a sabotaged car related to threatening letters raises suspicion in the villa, Tranchant goes in search of the best agent for the investigation. But in the middle of this hot sun-soaked summer, only the arrogant and incompetent agent Boullin is available to investigate.
