Sonho was sent to North Korea 25 years ago by his Korean parents living in Japan. Since then he has lived in a society where no choices in life are given whereas his little sister Rie living with her parents in Tokyo always enjoyed freedoms. Sonho returns to Japan temporarily for the first time. Will the family be able to make up for the 25 years’ lost time?
