A bizarre traffic accident happens in Jin Hai city. A man falls down in a faint on the street as his car is out of control and bumps into a convenience store. Zhang Lei the captain of anti-drug corps, encounters an injured man when he is executing his mission. After investigation, he finds out that the injured man is Cai Tianming, a notorious drug dealer. For survival, Cai Tianming offer help to the police to tackle the drug gang. After the policemen make all preparations well, the drug dealer makes a new choice before the police’s action, which makes the whole situation more dangerous and thrilling.
