Dominique (35) is a professional open water swimmer. With a determined and reserved character, her goal in life is to compete in the Olympics and after training hard, she manages to qualify. After several weeks of not feeling very well physically and after a hemorrhage, she decides to take a pregnancy test, which comes out positive. She tells the news to her husband Santiago (37), who is thrilled and immediately begins to prepare everything for the arrival of their future child. Bewildered and a little reluctant to these changes that threaten to destabilize her training, she begins to feel the pressure of Santiago to push her career into the background. Dominique takes refuge, as always, in the water which is the only medium where she can breathe.
