Hajime (Okada) is a 30-year-old man who always lives one step ahead of the crowd. Living in Kyoto, he works behind the counter in a small post office. Handsome, he attracts women but for some reason his relationships never last. When he encounters street musician Sakurako (Fukumuro), her soulful songs win his heart and they plan a Sunday date.But that date never happens as Hajime seems to lose a day, with Sunday now inexplicably Monday. Learning the person who holds the key to the missing hours is a woman called Reika (Kiyohara), he sets off to Amanohashidate to find her…
