In order to protect Earth from an asteroid impact, a group of scientists has been sent to the Moon in order to deploy a Lunar Shield. But when that asteroid is due to hit earlier than expected, all astronauts are evacuated, except for Yue who is now stranded alone.

In order to save Earth from the impact of an asteroid, a group of scientists has been sent to the Moon in order to deploy a Lunar Shield. However, when that asteroid is anticipated to arrive sooner than expected, the crew must evacuate. Meanwhile, due to an accident, maintenance worker Yue (Shen) does not receive the evacuation order from leader Ma Lanxing (Ma) and as a result is left on the Moon after his colleagues depart. After witnessing the asteroid hitting Earth, Yue thinks he is the last human being in the universe. Little does he know, Earth’s survivors are watching his every move…
