After the successful verdict, the corporation celebrates the release of their new, controversial drug, Azlepta. But the party quickly turns to blood when the townspeople, disguised as caterers, detonate a bomb and begin savagely executing survivors. A small group of employees manage to escape, but find themselves trapped in their office building with the masked killers relentlessly hunting them down. Running, with no safe place to hide, they get brutally murdered one by one. With no other option, they choose to fight back, desperately doing whatever it takes to survive this night of violence.
