Poppy Benson, a sweet, ambitious small flower shop owner finds herself mired down with debt and consistently losing jobs to Covington Creations, the posh florist in town. On the verge of having to close her struggling business, Poppy, always the optimist decides, with the help of her loyal friends and supportive father to enter the annual holiday floral show for a chance to win the big money prize and save her business. Standing in her way is Garrett Hurley, the talented but underappreciated protégé of florist extraordinaire Blair Covington – the long standing winner of the annual floral show and owner of Covington Creations.
