Synopsis

Young and in love, Alec and Sasa are heading for the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina when their car breaks down in the middle of the woods. They decide to go find help in a nearby village. Along the way, Sasa, a Muslim survivor of the Balkan Wars, starts to suspect that a mysterious force is following them. A confident, happy young European guy, Alec tries to get her to shake such a ridiculous idea, but Sasa clings to her “hamajlija”, a Muslim amulet, which causes the mysterious force to emerge from the woods.
