Kwan Chit (starring Francis NG) and his girlfriend Man Kei, the younger sister of his best friend Man Fung, traveled to Thailand for vacation. During this trip, Kwan Chit secretly helped Wa Sam Group contact Kunkka (starring Yanguozhang ZHAO), the Thai king of gamblers. Kunkka coveted the beautiful Man Kei and attempted to violate her. Man Kei was ending up falling to her death from a building. Kwan Chit dared not to speak the truth of Man Kei 's death, but deliberately hide this from Man Fung who refused to believe it.
Three years later, Kwan Chit rose up as a member of the Gaming Association with the support of Wa Sam Group (consortium). Yim Ching Yeung, the President of the Gaming Association, blacklisted Wa Sam Group from the bidding of gaming concessions on the ground of the Group's bad reputation and unclean background. This blacklisting triggered a series of retaliations and acts of vying for gaming concessions from Wa Sam Group and its kingpin the Fourth Elder (starring CHEUNG Siu Fai). At the same time, Ching Yeung was abducted by a band of masked gangsters. The Anti-Triad Office immediately set up a special team lead by Lee Shui Ming, and he called back Man Fung for help who had executed a secret mission in Thailand for three years.
Fourth Elder’s wife Chu Lei (starring Myolie WU) received a phone call from her ex-boyfriend Man Fung for a meeting. Upon knowing Man Fung 's return, Kwan Chit also got in touch with him. He directly persuaded Man Fung to stop keeping his eyes on Wa Sam Group. Then the two parted in discord. Chu Lei had hidden a bug in a teapot to collect evidence of the crimes Wa Sam Group had committed. When she heard of the attempted murder Man Fung narrowly escaped, she was preoccupied with worries. Fourth Elder found out her abnormal reaction and discovered the wiretap in the teapot. Subsequently, Fourth Elder asked Man Fung out for a meeting by threatening to kill Chu Lei. Chu Lei unexpectedly sacrificed her life to protect Man Fung, who was able to jump into the river amid a mess and escaped a deadly chase.
Fourth Elder had ordered his men to track Kwan Chit all the time and to kill Man Fung to avoid trouble later on. Man Fung was prepared. Under the cover of his colleagues, he finally escaped.
Kwan Chit remembered the tragic death of Man Kei and now it was time to start his revenge plan. He came to Man Fung late at night, the two old friends finally agreed to revenge for their beloved one together.
