Synopsis

A large studio with dozens of magazines, press books, catalogues, yearbooks and newspapers. Several empty champagne bottles rest in a corner. Pictures and posters of Venice, Acapulco, Cartagena, San Sebastian, Havana, Troia and Cannes. Everything is cinema. A man appears in all the photos together with Juan José Campanella, Eduardo Blanco, Fernando Castets, José Martínez Suárez, Pino Solanas, Miguel Angel Solá, Rómulo Berruti, Ulises Dumont, Soledad Silveira, Jorge Porcel, Federico Lupi, Susana Rinaldi, China Zorrilla , to name a few. Mario Marchioli, the producer of “Tangos, the Gardel´s exile”, is on his way to the Mar del Plata International Film Festival but there is no accreditation for him. Hardly anyone knows the man who was involved in the management, so that the only class A film festival in America, returns to Argentina in 1996.
