After a revelatory vision, earnest do gooder, American Senator John Perryman, delivers a speech to the Moscow Parliament, warning his Russian counterparts about the dire consequences of the endemic evil of corruption which is tearing their country apart."Corruption will lead you to lose your human form! You will become rats!" warns the senator to a bewildered audience.Low and behold! His prediction becomes reality.
