Emma's journey of lost memories is shot in a natural-based lighting and gentle cinematography with great scenery of summer. The film has a sense of unbelongingness as if it tells Emma's situation. This is the debut film by Riho Kudo, a young and talented independent filmmaker from Japan. She won the Grand Prize at Pia Film Festival 2018 and the Grand Prize (Golden KOJIMA prize) of NARA-wave at Nara International Film Festival 2018.
