Samuel, a journalist, and his intern daughter Ava cover the brutal murder of a young girl, attacked with acid for their magazine. Struck by the violence of this murder and his daughter’s interest in the case, Samuel decides to conduct an independent investigation without his editorial team’s knowledge and uncovers disturbing similarities with the murder of another woman a year earlier. Father and daughter embark on a thrilling hunt for clues leading to a male supremacist group headed by the enigmatic Nemesis.
