The year is 1987, in a featureless country town.Junior high student Takashi despises his pathetic father (Ken Mitsuishi), who constantly mopes around the house. He can’t bear to watch when his older sister brings her fiancé home to meet their parents, and Dad embarrasses everyone with his strange behavior.He’s sick of having to deal with the delinquents who hassle him every time he goes out, but has a thing for Megumi, the ample-chested girl next door he has known since they were kids.He spends his days hanging out with his friends from the school judo club, obsessing over typical adolescent male matters, and browsing the shelves of the town’s only video rental store. Then one day, he hears a rumor that porn actress Kyoko Yokushimaru will hold an autograph signing session at the video store... As events take unexpected turns, and everything starts to spin out of control, what will Takashi discover?
