A psychotherapist listens to archive testimonies recorded during her therapy sessions with former patients. Ailyn, Bruno and Gilles describe their troubles. The words and stories intermingle, as we set off on a voyage across and below the vast Arctic aboard a large sailing boat. In between the other stories, the therapist also recounts her own journey through psychosis.
