Synopsis

Ashley travels to Lake Como with her mom, to sell her grandparents family ranch before the holidays. Once reunited with the horses and childhood memories, she is reluctant to sell.
When handsome young ranch guy shows up, interested in buying and turning the place into a riding school, sparks fly, saving the ranch and stealing her heart.
