Synopsis
It is sunny and hot summer in Argentina, 1953. Political storms and rushes are frightening the whole country, except one, priviliged bunch of people - polish immigrants living in Argentina.
WITOLD is just in between his forties and fifties, tired of life and diseases, polish writer. He is visiting his friend. He is looking for some good weather, good air, rest from city and work. And for quiet and peace, which he needs to finish his book.
But it seems like a hard task this summer. It is school brake for Jan's daughter, MARISA, who is suddenly fifteen, although was just a little kid the las time Witold saw her. Her two friends - LENA, who is 14 and ANDREA, who is 10 years old, are accompanying her at the farm. For all three teenagers, who without school duties, have nothing to do except english lessons with ELIZA, a young american teacher, an older, eccentric writer is a true attraction, even if they wouldn't like to admit it at once. The movie is focused on those three girls. They might be in a different age but for all of them this is a very special summer. Lazy adventures, first love, new friendships, initial booze and very shy, but thrilling erotic discoveries mark that time and make it so unique.
