Priest Giorgi, a former film director, is sent to serve in a small mountain village. He starts showing films there to bring villagers closer to the church, the first picture is “Some Like It Hot”. The people imply that the local music teacher Lamara looks exactly like Marilyn Monroe. This is true. After meeting Lamara, Father Giorgi’s balance between cleric and secular world starts to quiver – the woman is extremely sexy and it is difficult to resist the temptation. This comedy-infused drama is further spiced by an accusation from Lamara’s student, a 12-year-old David– Lamara is supposedly a paedophile.
