Theo and Lulu go on vacation to the campsite and hope to receive an invitation to Auntie Rita's Party. When they arrive, there isa nice surprise waiting for them; they are invited. But the road to the party is not without problems: the family car cannot be driven, and a lion has escaped from the zoo. Once on the way, Theo and Lulu are also thwarted by Vwo (Piet Tomassen) and his personal driver Remco (Edo Brunner), because Vwo wants to win the dance competition. "Auntie's Rita Party" is a cheerful family movie, with all the well-known hits from the Minidisco (such as Tsjoe Tsjoe Wa, Coco Loco, and Dance with Auntie Rita) about the biggest dance party of the year.
