Peppino, a retired Camorra assassin, sees his son climbing higher and higher in the mafia. But when the son is murdered in cold blood, Peppino is looking for revenge. He calls in the help of Toto, an old friend with many mafia connections and Rita, his eternal great love.Meanwhile, Mr. Ics, the murderer of his son, is ordered to kill Peppino as well. During his search Peppino discovers that Mr. Ics was ordered by none other than his old boss, Don Gualino.
