Tano (15), is sent to southern Chile under the care of his father, whom he hasn’t seen in years, and meets Cheo (14), a shy indigenous boy. The death of a Mapuche leader unleashed a conflict in the area that will force them to defend themselves.

When Tano (16) commits yet another crime, he is sent to live with his father in the countryside, where he befriends Cheo (15).
