In Mannsfield State Prison there is a section called East Wing where all the "elite" prisoners live. These are the highest money earners and the inmates with the most influence in the entire prison. The warden has housed them all here so that he can get his kickbacks easier. Enter a new prisoner, one with a silver spoon in his mouth. His father pays the warden to keep him safe but when the new guy murders a guard, the warden tries to cover it up by attempting to get one of the other prisoners to confess, by any means necessary.
