Jeon-mo is a happy florist, leading a peaceful life with his wife and two young children. But his world is thrown into chaos when his daughter is kidnapped on her way home from school. Jeon-mo obeys the kidnapper’s ransom demands and heads to a designated drop-off point with the money. But he’s late again and again when the meeting place is changed over and over. When the kidnapper decides on a penalty for Jeon-mo’s tardiness, it is in the form of an unfathomable task that will drag him deeper into an increasingly tangled web of conflict.
