Dino, a separated father with serious financial problems and difficulties in dealing with his overwhelming personality, returns after more than 30 years to the life of Leo, a successful, phobic and antisocial cartoonist. His reappearance disrupts Leo's daily life, as he still lives with his grandmother Rina. Rina, on the other hand, is delighted to see Dino again after so many years, as is her loyal friend Wanda. Old, unresolved grudges, lies and crazy situations turn their lives upside down with no way back. Christmas arrives and an innocent lie by Dino's son, Ruben, will make the situation even worse...
