William is a frustrated recording engineer with a dream of composing an epic prog-rock album. He’s stymied by his new neighbor, Vlad, a loathsome and loud lunatic. Vlad's noises and loud music drive William mad. He loses his girlfriend. He loses his job – and he is slowing losing his mind. When William accidentally kills his neighbor, he finds himself living in a nightmare from hell.
