Diagnosed with cancer, Hyun-sik is admitted to a hospital where he meets Eun-soo, a teenage girl who is a fan of Jae-ha. Meeting her brings back memories of his old days when he first met Jae-ha. Back in his young adult days, Hyun-sik is a passionate musician who is eager to try new music. He has his eyes on Jae-ha’s gifted musical talent and asks him to join his band called ‘Spring Summer Autumn Winter’. Together, they open a new era by establishing the culture of live-music concert and get a big fame. However, the more they get famous, the more Hyun-sik feels lonely and empty inside. Eventually, his passion for music fades. Meanwhile, Jae-ha falls madly in love with a girl, and composes songs for her, but she leaves him. After all, Jae-ha and Hyun-sik part ways and release solo albums. Jae-ha lands a chance to perform on a popular TV show, then fate pushes the two musicians even further apart…
