"North Wind" tells us two stories, in the first one we are introduced to Herbé, a family man who has lost his job in a factory in France. At the same time, in Tunisia we are introduced to Foued, who like Herbé has lost his job due to a work stoppage at the factory. Director Walid Mattad shows us that no matter how far apart and how different people are, the stories always have something in common.
