NEVER TOO LATE tells the story of four older men who use their escape skills learned in Vietnam to "escape" a new form of prison - their nursing home! Each man has his own reasons to leave the home, but what they have in common is the lifelong love and comradely they have shared with each other.

It has been a long time since Caine, Bronson, Angus and Wendell, aka, 'The Chain Breakers', escaped a torturous Vietnamese POW camp. They now find themselves sharing a new prison, The Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans. Each of these boys—now older gentlemen—has an unrealized dream they want to achieve before it's too late. So, once again they band together to devise a plan to escape this new fortress. But the rules of engagement have changed, and they must use every resource they have to escape and unite their brother-in-arms with his lost love.
