Rat Fever is a popular expression, typically heard in the city of Recife (located in the Northeast Region of Brazil), for someone who is out of control – an angry person. And it is with this very expression that Zizo, a non-conformist poet with anarchistic attitudes, names his small tabloid that he publishes at his own cost. Our character always revolves within the universe that he has created around himself. A very particular world, in which satisfying the unfortunate is a mixture of a kind of benefit with high doses of malice.
