Synopsis

A comical yet dramatically driven motion picture that will take you on a wild adventure of Rockin’ proportions.

With a barrage of gold, platinum and double platinum
hits in Sweden, The Poodles have been topping the Swedish mainstream charts ahead of the likes
of Katy Perry, Foo Fighters, Rhianna and Lady Gaga
to name a few. Famous for everything from the theme songs for the Swedish Olympic team to the National Ice-Hockey team.

The melodic Rockers also enjoy major celebrity status in Sweden from television to radio and are very much household names in Sweden, but now the band wants to take their craft to the rest of the world.

Their journey across the world takes them to Australia where they find themselves struck by the reality that their status downunder does not exactly reflect their popularity in Sweden or the universal status of their predecessors ABBA.

However, the band is not willing to throw in the towel and accept defeat as they attempt to gain public notoriety in Australia in a whacky adventure that takes you from the cities, through the suburbs, along the sandy beaches and across the desert plains as they explore the diversity of the people and culture of the great southern land. Leaving you in both stitches and tears, we follow the bands journey through Australia in their quest for success and acclaim in the land down-under.
