During the meeting of the European Union committee, Luca and Tomás meet. Their countries, Spain and Italy, defend opposed opinions and they don’t get along, but strange coincidences link them: ticks, health, problems, tastes… What begins as an unplanned meeting in the Canary Islands ends up in another meeting, this time not casual at all in Bari, where the strangers will have to face the possibility of not being that strange to each other.
