At first sight Tetsuo falls in love with the beautiful and kindhearted Sonoko. He gets married to her while keeping a secret that he works as a craftsman, making sex dolls. They live together in peace, but as Tetsuo gets more occupied with his work, his burning passion for Sonoko declines and their sex life dwindles. When their marriage verges on crisis, Sonoko confesses to Tetsuo a secret she’s been keeping to herself.
