Located in the vibrant and cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires, "Boy" draws inspiration from stories of male sex workers to portray the life of Franco, a sensitive and full-of-life thirty-year-old man who lives in a luxurious apartment borrowed from one of his wealthiest clients, Cristina. Franco works as a sex worker in an exclusive environment for people with great purchasing power, which allows him to maintain a comfortable lifestyle. A prestigious doctor with an eccentric lifestyle, a young porn actress who generates content from the comfort of her bedroom, and an older voyeuristic couple make Franco's life stable and comfortable. Accustomed to things going as he plans, Franco allowed his former piano teacher, an almost senile elderly lady, to stay in Cristina's apartment without authorization. Since then, Franco has taken care of her and attended to her needs. With Cristina's husband's death, news arrives that Franco must leave the apartment. Franco begins to go through the end of a stage towards a radical change in his sexual work and personal relationships.
